Grow "Your" Vision...
Community Investment Trust:
Every coalition member who wishes to participate will have "shares" or voice in the property and a say in its future. This approach offers a unique opportunity to educate the community and foster collective wealth.

Rental Revenue:
Generating rental income will be a primary revenue source. Through a sliding scale, tenants of the space will include a variety of organizations.
​
Non-Profit Status:
We will maintain a nonprofit status to facilitate tax exemption and access funding opportunities through grants.
Donations:
WCC will actively seek financial donations, in-kind contributions, and pro-bono professional services. Additionally, a portion of the original donation will be allocated as operating reserves.

Self-Sustainability:
Programs will contribute to the maintenance of the building, covering tasks from landscaping to cleaning services and beyond.

Co-working: collaboration with individuals who would rent out unused office space (by the first of the month for 3 month or longer terms) giving support to WCC efforts, while giving them a place to go to work if they’re Work From Home or in town for business and may need a dedicated work space.
The centers bigger offices with larger area/space is available for meetings on a rental basis, if needing a conference room in a neutral location.
Business incubator: businesses that would like to have a brick and mortar, but can’t afford a full or permanent location yet, or want to test their concept before committing to it, are able to rent a space (for an agreed upon period of time) to start their physical presence. By starting tiny, then moving out to their own bigger spaces. It is good for the county's small business population and tax base and for the businesses themselves.
